The next Private Tax Sale will be held on March 26, 2025 at 10:00am in Courtroom #1 of the Cambria County Courthouse.
The following Private Tax Sale will be held June 18, 2025. The deadline to bid properties into this sale is February 28, 2025, or when we reach 50 properties.
ALL PRIVATE SALES WILL HAVE A CAP OF 50 PROPERTIES. EACH BIDDER WILL BE PERMITTED TO PUT UP TO FOUR PROPERTIES ON THE LIST, PER SALE. This will not preclude anyone from bidding on all eligible properties at the auction. The sales list can be found below.
